Topic: Strange Apache problem

I have passenger setup with apache and everything but map.connects with one char filters work fine.

eg.

This does not work:

  map.connect 'p/:id',
    :controller => 'public',
    :action => 'show',
    :filter => 'p',
    :resource => 'page',
    :requirements => { :id => /\d+/}

but this work:
  map.connect 'pp/:id',
    :controller => 'public',
    :action => 'show',
    :filter => 'pp',
    :resource => 'page',
    :requirements => { :id => /\d+/}

any map.connect with 1 char filter get rerouted to the :id and then to the root(/).

anyone have any idea why? I check my rails log and nothing comes up until the last hit on the root(/)

Better then best intranet/calendaring app Tofuapp.com

Re: Strange Apache problem

That is odd. I have never tried to have a view/controller named a single character, so I haven't ran accross it myself, but I would imagine if the Rails framework was design to have that behavior it should work...

What encoding are you using? UTF8, ISO-xxxx, etc..

Re: Strange Apache problem

I successfully got Apache running on the server, but  the theme won't work, as in I only get a white page with text, no images. What's  Wrong??
