Re: which is the best book for testing?

the Pragmatic Programmers book http://www.pragprog.com/titles/achbd/the-rspec-book is only available as a beta book (pdf) at the moment... it's supposed to be in print Feb 28, but this date has been slipping, it was originally supposed to have been last August.

Re: which is the best book for testing?

I've bought the Rspec Book(e-book) a few weeks ago. It's still beta but you should give it a try.
Last release came out at december 3, and authors said that they're close to finish.

Re: which is the best book for testing?

rspec.info and cukes.info are great resources for BDD. Also bddcasts.com, but that is a paid service

Those guys on BDDcasts really sound like they're on drugs. I'm sure it's a great series but I wasn't sure if I was watching a pilot comedy episode. I've only just picked myself back up off the floor. It was like listening to Ren and Stimpy with a guest appearance from Ozzy Osbourne.

My sides hurt.

I need to check the rest out once I've stopped laughing.

And.. only programmers would start with Episode 0. Perfectly valid but that made me laugh too. It get the thumbs up for entertainment value.
