Topic: Having a terrible time...(I'm new to RubyOnRails)

I looked up EVERY tutorial out there I can't find one that works I don't know if its just my laptop or I'm doing something wrong. Very time I try to get it started in the Command prompt(also with Administrator enabled). I'm getting super frustrated and I really need some help. I keep running into errors....I would greatly appreciate it. I have the gem and Ruby On Rails installed on my C: drive (as far as I know.)

Some error:

You can't run a bundle command from your windows system directory. You need to be in your project folder. Your project contains a Gemfile, and when the bundle gem can see a gem file in your project folder, you can run bundle commands
