Topic: Best Rails-based cms to integrate with Rails App

I have browsed the homepages of several cms's that are built on Rails.
I realize that "best" is a subjective term and depends on what your goals are.
for me it's about the ease of seemlessly integrating a Rails App with the content pages.
For example creating a site with several pages of cms managed text, and then application functionality like a forum or shopping cart which uses the same layout as the content only pages.
I am not clear on whether Radiant uses Rails or is just built on Ruby.
Here are some of the examples I've seen:

http://refinerycms.com/
http://www.locomotivecms.com/
http://zenadmin.org/en
http://www.caseincms.com/

The description on the casein page looks like what I am looking for:

"Casein is designed to be completely decoupled from the front-end. Therefore it may be added to new or existing Rails projects, ..."

If anyone had experience with integrating application functionality into one or more of the above, please share you impressions. thanks.

Why not just look at the code and create your own...?  Otherwise, Casein looks fairly straightforward.

It's been a long time since you asked but you can take a look at ubiquo http://www.ubiquo.me

Useful to create sites your own way. You need to develop a little. We define it as a CMS framework, not merely a CMS.

We build rails cms for own goals. It's no gem just basic app for building your app. http://devmen.com/products
