Topic: therubyracer error during installation

Hey all... I've looked around for an answer and can't find anyone who's had this problem. I'm trying to install therubyracer gem on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid). Ruby version is ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [x86_64-linux]. Rails version is 3.2.5. I have the latest gems version. I get the following error and I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm really new to Ruby and to Rails so patience is greatly appreciated.
