Topic: what's block in uses_user_permissions

I'm freshman of Rails.  I'm studing Rail through debuging a project of our company.  I met the error information below  when I deployed it into an new gentoo linux environment.  It happened when I click the link of delete action on the webpage or I use 'rails s -e production' to startup it.  Most of function on the webpage is ok.  It puzzle me several days. Please help. thanks.

There is a rebuy file called permissions.rb in the lib/system folder of your app. I don;t know what it is or where it came from (Possibly the authlogic gem) that is preventing you from calling the  get_data_for_sidebar' action in the app/controllers/instruments_controller.rb controller on line 196

You should get advice on this from your colleagues on this. to deploy an app you are unfamilar with is a huge undertaking and not something you should expect to be able to do without either a lot of Rails knowledge and/or a lot of knowledge of the app.

What you want and what you need are too often not the same thing!
When your head is hurting from trying to solve a problem, stop standing on it. When you are the right way up you will see the problem differently and you just might find the solution.
