Topic: Using AjaxScaffold - Implementing a checkbox

I am currently using http://www.ajaxscaffold.com to implement my ActiveRecord scaffolding for a few forms.  While I may get text boxes working no problem, I am not sure how to implement a checkbox.  Here is the field as it stands as a text box in the form:

---
<div class="form-element">
  <label class="required" for="service_transfer_extension">Transfer extension*</label>
  <%= text_field 'service', 'transfer_extension' , {:class=>"text-input"} %>
  <label class="example">ex: 1001, 10001, 100001</label>
</div>
---

What would I need to do to change that to a text box that would then insert a "Y" or "N" in a database if checked/not checked respectively?

I'm not too familiar with AjaxScaffold, but here's how to make a checkbox.

Re: Using AjaxScaffold - Implementing a checkbox

Yes, familiar with that, just not sure how to translate it into the way AjaxScaffolding is doing it, specifically this line:

<%= text_field 'service', 'transfer_extension' , {:class=>"text-input"} %>
