Topic: weird sortable lists

Hi,

sorting both lists works properly if there are items in each list. But if a list contains no items, there is no way to add an item to it from another list. Any ideas?

<div>
    <div id="product" style="border: 1px solid silver; height: auto;width: 200px;">
          <% 5.times do |x| -%>
              <div id="pict_<%= x %>"><%= x %></div>
          <% end -%>
    </div>
    <div id="pictures" style="border: 1px solid silver; height: auto;width: 200px;padding-bottom: 10px">
        <% 2.times do |x| -%>
            <div id="prod_<%= x %>"><%= x %></div>
        <% end -%>
    </div>
</div>
<%= sortable_element 'product',
        :tag => 'div',
        :containment => [:pictures,:product],
        :constraint => false,
        :droponempty => true %>
<%= sortable_element 'pictures',
        :tag => 'div',
        :containment => [:pictures,:product],
        :constraint => false,
        :droponempty => true %>

greetz and thanks in advance
