Topic: Photoshop Keyboard Command switching from 'Text' to 'Selection' tool

I know the keyboard command for the selection tool is "v" and I know the keyboard command for using the text tool is "t". Is there a way to switch from the text tool to the selection tool using a keyboard command. If you are using the text tool and type "v", like you would when switching from any other tool, a "v" appears on the screen instead of switching!

I know I could just use the mouse to switch tools but keyboard shortcuts are faster and more fun. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks, Brian

Any time your outside of the bounding box while in the text took the cursor should change to the select tool automatically. Ifyou just want to navigate around the rest of the document while in the text tool you can use Ctrl(Cmd) +Shift+Spacebar.

Or, just press Ctrl+Enter (or Cmd+Return) when your done typing with the Text Tool and you'll have full control of your quick keys again.
