I would try apache + mod_rails, of the other 2 choices I would do apache + mongrel.

could you please share the steps how to deploy the Rails application on to production mode with Apache 2.2 and mongrel ( as current i am using in development mode)

Details of my rails app: Ruby 1.8.6 with rails 2.0.2 with Mysql 5.0

if you have it setup in dev mode just change your mongrels to start in production mode ruby script/server -e production

I use Nginx + 3 Mongrels Clustered + MySQL

It was very easy to set up on Slicehost VPS, they offer great tutorials on it.

I've used Apache in the past and Nginx was much faster and easier to set up.
